正畸治疗中支抗控制至关重要，合理的支抗设计关系到治疗的成败。支抗控制可从支抗加强和支抗节省两方面考虑，并在治疗过程中联合应用。正畸治疗效果需以多维效果评价，为取得优质的治疗效果支抗需根据患者的垂直骨面型、牙颌畸形的类型，在矢状向、垂直向、水平向进行控制。该文就目前常用的加强支抗的方法进行简要概括，同时对新兴加强支抗的设计进行简要总结，并对支抗节省的理念、操作和矫治系统的选择进行综述。
