粪肠球菌是根管持续性感染和再感染的重要微生物。目前临床常规根管预备器械及传统冲洗方法难以将定植于根管中的粪肠球菌彻底清除，根管消毒效果即成为根管治疗的关键所在。随着技术的发展及一次性根管治疗的推广，在药物消毒的基础上，又出现了一些现代化的方式，如超声冲洗和激光，这些方法在根管消毒领域均有其特殊性及重要性。现阶段的各种消毒方法都存在一定的局限性，寻找更有效的方法仍然是今后研究的主要内容。

Enterococcus faecalis is an important microorganism in persistent infection and reinfection of root canals.At present,enterococcus faecalis in the infected root canal cannot be cleaned completely by clini-cal routine mechanical preparation and traditional root canal irrigation .So the effect of root canal disinfection is the key of root canal therapy.With the development of technology and the popularization of one-time root canal therapy,there are some modern ways on the basis of drug disinfection,such as ultrasonic irrigation and laser,and such methods have their particularity and importance in root canal disinfection field .As various methods of disinfection at this stage have certain limitations,finding more effective disinfecion method is still the main content of future research.
