采用非水溶液电解的方法,萃取分离出S A E8620齿轮钢中含M g O复合夹杂物,利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪对夹杂物的组成、类型和形貌特征进行分析。结果表明,S A E8620齿轮钢在L F精炼过程中,含M g O复合夹杂物中MgO、CaO含量逐渐增加,SiO2含量逐渐减少,Al2 O3含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;夹杂物的形貌多不规则,呈块状且棱角分明;夹杂物类型主要为 SiO2‐Al2 O3‐MgO、SiO2‐MgO、SiO2‐Al2 O3‐CaO‐MgO等,此类夹杂物的尺寸较大、熔点较高,直接影响钢材的质量和使用性能。

채용비수용액전해적방법,췌취분리출S A E8620치륜강중함M g O복합협잡물,이용소묘전경、능보분석의대협잡물적조성、류형화형모특정진행분석。결과표명,S A E8620치륜강재L F정련과정중,함M g O복합협잡물중MgO、CaO함량축점증가,SiO2함량축점감소,Al2 O3함량정선상승후하강적추세;협잡물적형모다불규칙,정괴상차릉각분명;협잡물류형주요위 SiO2‐Al2 O3‐MgO、SiO2‐MgO、SiO2‐Al2 O3‐CaO‐MgO등,차류협잡물적척촌교대、용점교고,직접영향강재적질량화사용성능。
In this paper ,MgO‐containing composite inclusions in SAE8620 steel were extracted and sep‐arated by the method of electrolysis in nonaquous solution .Changes in compositions ,morphology and type in the inclusions during LF refining were analyzed with SEM and EDS .The results show that the contents of MgO and CaO in MgO‐containing composite inclusions are increasing ,the content of SiO2 is decreasing ,and Al2 O3 increases first and then decreases during the refining process .The morpholo‐gy of MgO‐containing composite inclusions is irregular ,lumpy and angular .The main types of inclu‐sions are SiO2‐Al2 O3‐MgO ,SiO2‐MgO and SiO2‐Al2 O3‐CaO‐MgO ,etc .which have larger size and higher melting point .The presence of MgO‐containing inclusions is harmful to the service life of steel products .
