银行业在国民经济中占有重要地位，其稳定和发展对一国经济有着重要的推动作用。商业银行的特殊资本结构和盈利能力的相关性一直是学术界争论的热点，一方面，如何在股权资本和债权资本中寻求平衡，找寻最优点对银行盈利能力有着直接影响；另一方面，资本结构也可以通过影响公司治理结构来影响银行的盈利能力。

The banking industry plays an important role in the national economy,and its stability and development can promote the economy of a country.Commercial banks in the special capital structure and profitability of the correlation is always the focus of academic debate,on the one hand,how to seek a bal-ance in the equity capital and debt capital,finding the advantages on bank profitability has a direct influ-ence;on the other hand,capital structure can also affect the profitability of banks through its influence on corporate governance structure.
