目的了解本地区正常人群骨密度(BMD)与生活方式的关系,为预防骨质疏松提供临床资料。方法使用美国 GE 公司双能 X 线骨密度测量仪测量合肥地区1002例20~79岁正常人群前臂(桡骨全部)、股骨颈、腰椎(L2-4)的 BMD,并对其生活方式(包括饮食习惯、运动、吸烟、饮酒等)进行调查和评分,然后分析两者之间关系。结果合肥地区男女性骨密度达到骨峰值后随年龄增长而骨密度下降,女性从50岁开始骨密度显著降低,男性骨密度无明显加速下降期,男女性骨密度累计丢失量股骨>前臂>腰椎,男女性从50岁开始,骨质疏松发生率随着年龄增加而增加,女性各年龄段骨质疏松发生率高于男性;股骨颈骨密度值与平时饮食嗜盐量有高度相关,与平时运动量、性别有相关性,与吸烟、饮酒未见明显相关性。结论合肥地区男女性骨密度达到骨峰值后随着年龄增加骨密度降低,不良的生活方式对骨质疏松的发生有一定影响。

목적료해본지구정상인군골밀도(BMD)여생활방식적관계,위예방골질소송제공림상자료。방법사용미국 GE 공사쌍능 X 선골밀도측량의측량합비지구1002례20~79세정상인군전비(뇨골전부)、고골경、요추(L2-4)적 BMD,병대기생활방식(포괄음식습관、운동、흡연、음주등)진행조사화평분,연후분석량자지간관계。결과합비지구남녀성골밀도체도골봉치후수년령증장이골밀도하강,녀성종50세개시골밀도현저강저,남성골밀도무명현가속하강기,남녀성골밀도루계주실량고골>전비>요추,남녀성종50세개시,골질소송발생솔수착년령증가이증가,녀성각년령단골질소송발생솔고우남성;고골경골밀도치여평시음식기염량유고도상관,여평시운동량、성별유상관성,여흡연、음주미견명현상관성。결론합비지구남녀성골밀도체도골봉치후수착년령증가골밀도강저,불량적생활방식대골질소송적발생유일정영향。
Objective To understand the relationship of lifestyle and bone density and provide clinic data for its early prevention .Method The BMD of forearm,proximal femur and L2-4 were measured by Lunar Plus dual enengy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA)among 1002 normal people aged 20-79 years old in Hefei.Life style included diet habit,exercise,smoking and drinking were also investigated and graded.The relationship between life style and BMD was analyzed.Results The bone density was decreased with age when it reach peak.The bone density was sharply decreased after 50 years old in female,whlie bone density has no obvious decline with age in male.The cu-mulative loss of bone density was femoral >forearm >lumbar.The incidence of osteoporosis was increased with age af-ter 50 years old.The incidence of osteoporosis was higher in female than male in all ages.The BMD of femoral neck was correlated with usual halophilic quantity diet ,usual amount of exercise and gender,but there was no significant correlation with smoking and drinking.Conclusion The BMD decreases with age after reaching the peak ,which has no gender differences.Unhealthy lifestyle has a certain influence on the BMD.
