目的分析代谢综合征及其相关组分与甲状腺结节的关系，探讨甲状腺结节发病的影响因素。方法选取代谢综合征患者306例和同期体检对象310例进行病史收集及甲状腺超声检查。结果代谢综合征组甲状腺结节患病率为66．3％，非代谢综合征组甲状腺结节患病率为38．4％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝48．229，P ＜0．05）。多因素 Logistic 回归分析显示：性别、体质量指数和空腹血糖是甲状腺结节发生的危险因素（OR 值分别为1．88、2．28、2．13）。结论空腹血糖升高和超重／肥胖为影响甲状腺结节发生的可能危险因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship of metabolic syndrome(MS)and its components with thyroid nodule and explore the influencing factors of thyroid nodule.Methods 306 hospitalized patients with metabolic syndrome and 310 physical examination cases were selected between February 201 1 and October 2013,whose results of history and thyroid ultrasound examination were collected.Results The rate of thyroid nodules was 66.3% in MS and in non-MS was 38.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05 ). Multifactor logistic analysis showed that Gender,BMI and FPG were independently correlated with thyroid nod-ule.Conclusion Overweight/obesity and elevated fasting plasma glucose may be independent risk factors of thyroid nodules.
