目的探讨局部麻醉下使用免缝合自固定疝补片在开放腹股沟疝修补术中应用的优点及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析56例行开放腹股沟疝修补术的患者，分为两组，每组28例，研究组用免缝合自固定补片，对照组用聚丙烯平片，比较手术时间、术后住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症及术后疼痛 VAS 评分。结果研究组与对照组术后4 h 疼痛差异无统计学意义，但术后24 h 研究组较对照组明显减轻，且术后1个月时有更好的舒适感；手术时间两组比较差异无统计学意义；研究组住院费用明显高于对照组；随访1～15个月，两组均未出现复发。结论在开放式无张力腹股沟疝修补术中，应用免缝合自固定补片可有效减轻患者术后疼痛，且手术安全，操作简单。
목적탐토국부마취하사용면봉합자고정산보편재개방복고구산수보술중응용적우점급림상료효。방법회고성분석56례행개방복고구산수보술적환자，분위량조，매조28례，연구조용면봉합자고정보편，대조조용취병희평편，비교수술시간、술후주원시간、주원비용、술후병발증급술후동통 VAS 평분。결과연구조여대조조술후4 h 동통차이무통계학의의，단술후24 h 연구조교대조조명현감경，차술후1개월시유경호적서괄감；수술시간량조비교차이무통계학의의；연구조주원비용명현고우대조조；수방1～15개월，량조균미출현복발。결론재개방식무장력복고구산수보술중，응용면봉합자고정보편가유효감경환자술후동통，차수술안전，조작간단。
Objective To explore the advantages and clinical effects of self-fixating mesh (ParieteneTM Pro-GripTM Mesh)in open tension-free hernioplasty under local anesthesia.Methods A retrospective study were conduc-ted to analyze the clinical data of the patients who underwent the open tension-free hernioplasty in our hospital from December 2012 to March 2014.Fifty-six cases of inguinal hernias were collected and divided into 2 groups included 28 cases in each group.The self-fixating mesh for repair was used in research group and the polypropylene mesh was applied in control group.The time of operation,hospital stay,cost,complications and the postoperative pain VAS scores were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the research group had no difference in early postoperative pain,where the postoperative pain was obviously reduced after 24 hours,and research group recovered better than control group a month later.There had no difference in operation time.Compared with con-trol group,the hospitalization cost was higher in research group.However,the two groups had no difference in postop-erative complications and recurrence after a follow-up from 1 to 15 months.Conclusions The application of the self-fixating mesh in open tension-free hernioplasty is safe and simple,which can effectively reduce the postoperative pain.
