针对图书馆知识服务评价中的随机性和不确定性问题,以改进模糊综合评价模型为基础,构建了图书馆知识服务绩效的评价模型。首先设计调查问卷对图书馆学领域专家及用户分别进行指标体系重要度调查及满意度调查,之后对调查问卷结果进行统计分析,利用层次分析法将专家意见的重要度评判转化成评价指标权重,并将满意度调查结果作为模糊隶属度,最后运用模糊综合评价方法对第四军医大学图书馆服务质量进行评价。通过对综合评价结果进行分析,得出有效决策方法并应用于图书馆管理,从而达到改善图书馆服务质量、建立标准化管理体系的目的。
針對圖書館知識服務評價中的隨機性和不確定性問題,以改進模糊綜閤評價模型為基礎,構建瞭圖書館知識服務績效的評價模型。首先設計調查問捲對圖書館學領域專傢及用戶分彆進行指標體繫重要度調查及滿意度調查,之後對調查問捲結果進行統計分析,利用層次分析法將專傢意見的重要度評判轉化成評價指標權重,併將滿意度調查結果作為模糊隸屬度,最後運用模糊綜閤評價方法對第四軍醫大學圖書館服務質量進行評價。通過對綜閤評價結果進行分析,得齣有效決策方法併應用于圖書館管理,從而達到改善圖書館服務質量、建立標準化管理體繫的目的。

To reduce the randomness and uncertainty in the evaluation of library knowledge service ,the paper presents an evaluation model for the library knowledge service performance built on the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model .First ,a questionnaire was designed for the experts in the field of library science and users to learn the importance degree and satisfaction degree of the index system . Then ,a statistical analysis was made of the results .The importance degree given by experts was turned into the evaluation index weight through analytic hierarchy process .The satisfaction degree was used as the fuzzy degree of membership . Finally ,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the service quality of The library of the Fourth Military Medical University . Through the comprehensive analysis of the evaluation result ,effective decision-making methods were obtained and subsequently applied in the library management .T he results show that those methods can improve the service quality of libraries and help to set up a standardized management system .
