目的：探讨主要食物或食物类别及健康相关行为对2型糖尿病患者血糖变化的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2013年12月该院内分泌科确诊为2型糖尿病患者320例，进行为期1年的治疗及随访，采用自行设计调查表对患者基本情况、饮食情况、健康相关行为等进行问卷调查。结果该研究共调查297例2型糖尿病患者，第2次血糖检查发现血糖升高208例，血糖降低89例。饮食因素中蔬菜类、水果类食物的摄入与2型糖尿病呈负相关[优势比（OR）=0.733、0.591，95%可信区间：0.611~0.880、0.480~0.727，P=0.022、0.007]，动物性食物的摄入与2型糖尿病呈正相关（OR=1.530，95%可信区间：1.235~1.894，P=0.013）。非饮食因素中吸烟与2型糖尿病呈正相关（OR=2.130，95%可信区间：1.352~3.356，P=0.002），参加体育锻炼的频率与2型糖尿病呈负相关（OR=0.159，95%可信区间：0.072~0.350，P=0.031）。结论增加蔬菜、水果类食物的摄入量，减少动物性食物的摄入量，同时，健康的生活方式，如戒烟、限酒、加强体育锻炼等可显著改善和控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平。
목적：탐토주요식물혹식물유별급건강상관행위대2형당뇨병환자혈당변화적영향。방법선택2012년1월지2013년12월해원내분비과학진위2형당뇨병환자320례，진행위기1년적치료급수방，채용자행설계조사표대환자기본정황、음식정황、건강상관행위등진행문권조사。결과해연구공조사297례2형당뇨병환자，제2차혈당검사발현혈당승고208례，혈당강저89례。음식인소중소채류、수과류식물적섭입여2형당뇨병정부상관[우세비（OR）=0.733、0.591，95%가신구간：0.611~0.880、0.480~0.727，P=0.022、0.007]，동물성식물적섭입여2형당뇨병정정상관（OR=1.530，95%가신구간：1.235~1.894，P=0.013）。비음식인소중흡연여2형당뇨병정정상관（OR=2.130，95%가신구간：1.352~3.356，P=0.002），삼가체육단련적빈솔여2형당뇨병정부상관（OR=0.159，95%가신구간：0.072~0.350，P=0.031）。결론증가소채、수과류식물적섭입량，감소동물성식물적섭입량，동시，건강적생활방식，여계연、한주、가강체육단련등가현저개선화공제당뇨병환자적혈당수평。
Objective To explore main food,food categories and health related behavior′s influence on type 2 diabetes patients blood glucose change. Methods Selected 320 type 2 diabetes patients admitted in the endocrinology department from January,2012 to December,2013. Treated them for a year and did follow-ups. Carried out a questionnaire survey about patients' basic information,diet condition,and health related behavior using self-designed questionnaire form. Results 297 type 2 dia-betes patients were investigated in this research. There were 208 blood glucose rising cases and 89 blood glucose reducing cases at the second blood glucose examination. Ingesting vegetables and fruits was negatively correlated with type 2 diabetes (OR=0.733,0.591;95% credibility interval:0.611-0.880,0.480-0.727,P=0.022,0.007). Ingesting animal food was positively corre lated with type 2 diabetes(OR=1.530;95%credibility interval:1.235-1.894,P=0.013). Smoking was positively correlated with type 2 diabetes (OR=2.130;95%credibility interval:1.352-3.356,P=0.002). The frequency of doing physical exercise was nega tively correlated with type 2 diabetes(OR=0.159;95%credibility interval:0.072-0.350,P=0.031). Conclusion Increase vegeta-bles and fruits intake,and reduce animal food intake. Meanwhile,healthy lifestyle such as giving up smoking,restricting alchohol, and reinforcing physical exercise can remarkably improve and control diabetes patients′blood glucose level.
