目的：探讨两种双腔PICC导管在肿瘤患者中的临床应用效果。方法选择2013年7月～2014年2月我院收治的69例肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组36例和观察组33例。观察组在超声引导下置入双腔PowerPICC导管。对照组在超声引导下置入BD双腔PICC导管，严格执行标准的导管置管操作流程及维护方法。比较两组带管期间并发症发生率、舒适度及满意度情况。结果对照组管腔破裂6例（16．6％）及脱管8例（22．2％），观察组无管腔破裂，脱管1例（3．0％），两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。观察组舒适度为87．9％，对照组为66．7％，观察组总体满意度90．9％，对照组72．2％，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论双腔PICC导管在肿瘤患者中应用有明显优势，更能满足复杂化疗方案同时需持续输液，以及反复高压注射造影剂肿瘤患者的需求，但须注意并发症的处理及预防。
목적：탐토량충쌍강PICC도관재종류환자중적림상응용효과。방법선택2013년7월～2014년2월아원수치적69례종류환자，수궤분위대조조36례화관찰조33례。관찰조재초성인도하치입쌍강PowerPICC도관。대조조재초성인도하치입BD쌍강PICC도관，엄격집행표준적도관치관조작류정급유호방법。비교량조대관기간병발증발생솔、서괄도급만의도정황。결과대조조관강파렬6례（16．6％）급탈관8례（22．2％），관찰조무관강파렬，탈관1례（3．0％），량조비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。관찰조서괄도위87．9％，대조조위66．7％，관찰조총체만의도90．9％，대조조72．2％，량조비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론쌍강PICC도관재종류환자중응용유명현우세，경능만족복잡화료방안동시수지속수액，이급반복고압주사조영제종류환자적수구，단수주의병발증적처리급예방。
Objective TO observe the clinical application and effect of two double‐lumen PICC catheter in cancer pa‐tients .Methods 69 cases of cancer patients from July 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups .33 cases of patients in the observation group were placed double‐lumen powerPICC tube by ultrasound ,while were placed BD double‐lumen PICC tube by ultrasound in the control group .We obey the standards of catheter insertion operation and maintenance Strictly ,Comparing with complications and satisfaction between two groups .Reuslts The complications with tube of patients in two groups ,we found that there were 6 cases (16 .6% ) with tube rupture and 8 cases (22 .2% ) with abnormal extubation in observation group ,0 case(0% ) with tube rupture and 1 case (3 .0% ) with abnormal extubation in control group ,There were significant differences(P<0 .05) in two groups .The comfortable feeling with tube of observation group and control group patients were 87 .9% ,66 .7% ,the overall satisfaction were 90 .9% ,72 .2% respectively .The pa‐tients in two groups have a significant difference in overall satisfaction and comfortable feeling (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Double‐lumen powerPICC has obvious advantages in cancer patients .It can meet with complex chemotherapy ,continuous in‐fusion and repeated injection of contrast agent .We must pay attention to the treatment and prevention of complications in double‐lumen PICC catheter .
