目的:探讨分组护理在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1-12月肿瘤科护理人员10人为研究对象;观察在2012年1-6月实施传统责任制护理和2012年7-12月实施分组优质护理两阶段对护理效果评价和护理质量。通过患者对健康教育知晓率、满意度、患者的依从性以及情绪状态、主动返院复查,以及护士对患者病情的掌握、健康教育的针对性、健康教育的连续性、病情观察的及时性、护患关系共10个方面来评估分组护理对护理质量的影响。结果实施分组护理后,患者对健康教育知晓、满意度、患者的依从性以及情绪状态、主动返院复查,以及护士对患者病情的掌握、健康教育的针对性、健康教育的连续性、病情观察的及时性、护患关系共10个方面评估均优于分组护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),即实施分组护理后护理质量优于实施分组护理前。结论开展分组护理有利于提高护理质量及护士的综合能力,提高患者的满意率,深得病员、家属、医师、护士的欢迎及好评,值得推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of grouping nursing in the quality of nursing service .Methods Selected 10 nurses worked in oncology from January to December in 2012 as research object;Implemented the traditional pri-mary nursing from January to June in 2012,Implemented packet quality care from July to December in 2012.Evaluated the care effect and quality of care of two stage .Evaluated the influence on quality of care before and after application of care group by a total of 10 aspects,such as awareness of patient ,satisfaction of patient,patient compliance,emotional state,active return for re-view,grasp of the nurses for the patient′s condition ,relevance of health education ,continuity of health education ,timeliness of the disease observation , nurse-patient relationship .Results After the implementation of group care , the quality of care on awareness of patient ,satisfaction of patient ,patient compliance ,emotional state ,active return for review ,grasp of the nurses for the patient′s condition, relevance of health education , continuity of health education , timeliness of the disease observation , nurse-patient relationship were better than before group care ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclu-sion The development of grouping nursing is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing quality and nursing ,im-prove patient satisfaction ,welcome and praise won the patient ,family,doctors and nurses ,worthy of promotion .
