目的：探究心理护理干预对门诊注射患者心理及情绪的影响。方法：门诊注射患者88例，分为对照组和干预组，每组44例，分别采用常规护理干预和心理护理干预，分析护理前后两组患者的抑郁、焦虑及恐惧状态。结果：干预组情绪稳定41例(93.2%)，高于对照组的35例(79.5%)，P＜0.05。结论：心理护理干预能明显改善门诊注射患者的消极情绪，保持患者心态平稳，主动配合注射治疗。

목적：탐구심리호리간예대문진주사환자심리급정서적영향。방법：문진주사환자88례，분위대조조화간예조，매조44례，분별채용상규호리간예화심리호리간예，분석호리전후량조환자적억욱、초필급공구상태。결과：간예조정서은정41례(93.2%)，고우대조조적35례(79.5%)，P＜0.05。결론：심리호리간예능명현개선문진주사환자적소겁정서，보지환자심태평은，주동배합주사치료。
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the mental and emotional of outpatient injection patients.Methods:88 cases of outpatient injection patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the intervention group with 44 cases in each.They were respectively given routine nursing intervention and psychological nursing intervention.The depression,anxiety and fear states of patients in two groups were analyzed before and after nursing.Results:41 cases(93.2%) of emotionormal in the intervention group was higher than 35 cases(79.5%) of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions of outpatient injection patients,maintain patients mentality smooth,make patients to actively cooperate with the injection therapy.
