目的:探讨急性髓系白血病患者FIP1L1-PDGFRA基因突变的检测情况及临床意义。方法:应用巢式PCR检测86例急性髓系白血病患者外周血中 FIP1L1-PDGFRA 基因突变情况。结果:共6例急性髓系白血病患者检测到FIP1L1-PDGFRA基因突变,其中M4EO 3例,M22例,M51例。结论:FIP1L1-PDGFRA基因突变可在急性髓系白血病患者检测出,以M4EO多见。

Objective:To investigate the detection of in patients with acute myeloid leukemia and its clinical value.Methods:Detection of FIP1L1-PDGFRA gene mutation for 86 patients with acute myeloid leukemia in peripheral blood using nested PCR. Results:There 6 patients with acute myeloid leukemia had FIP1L1-PDGFRA gene mutation,including 3 cases of M4EO,2 cases of M2,1 cases of M5.Conclusion:FIP1L1-PDGFRA gene mutation can be detected among patients with acute myeloid leukemia,and most of its type was M4EO.
