选取体重、产犊日龄、产奶量和胎次相近的中国荷斯坦牛45头,随机分为3组(对照组、试验1组和试验2组),在相同的饲养条件下,试验1组和试验2组于基础日粮中分别添加复合抗氧化剂“泌乳健”50g (d·头)和80g(d·头),对照组只喂基础TMR。每天记录产奶量和定期检测牛奶中体细胞数目,并且于正式试验第1、10、20天收集乳汁样本,检测其中SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、CAT活性。结果显示,与对照组比较,试验组乳汁中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT均显著提升(P<0.05或 P<0.01),MDA值显著下降(P<0.05),饲喂复合抗氧化剂后产奶量显著增加(P<0.05),牛奶中体细胞数大幅降低(P<0.01)。结果表明,添加复合抗氧化剂能够提高奶牛乳腺的抗氧化能力,减少自由基的产生,对乳房组织具有保健和功能修复作用。

Forty-five Chinese Holstein cows were randomly divided into 3 groups according to weight, calving days,milk yield and parity.The cows in 3 groups were fed with basic diet,basic diet pius 50 and 80g/day composite antioxidant respectively.The milk yield for each cow was monitored everyday and somatic cell count in milk was detected at fixed period.Milk samples wete collected on days 1,10,20 of official experiment. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA) and catalase (CAT) in the milk were measured.Results showed that the activities of SOD,GSH-Px, and CAT in the experimental group were sifnificantly improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the MDA content was sifnificantly reduced(P<0.05),the milk yield has increased(P<0.05) and SCC in milk has dropped(P<0.01) after feeding composite antioxidant. All the data suggest that composite antioxidant has positive effects on increasing the antioxidative activity of bovine mammary gland , scaveinging free radicals and enhancing the healrh level of mammary gland.
