腹膜透析患者存在血液高凝状态，且较血液透析及慢性肾衰竭保守治疗更为严重，其原因与内皮细胞、血小板等诸多因素相关。心血管并发症为腹膜透析患者最主要的死因，而血液高凝状态是腹透患者发生心血管事件的重要病因，明确血液高凝状态形成的原因及机制，掌握预防血液高凝状态的形成的方法，对于控制腹透患者心血管并发症具有极为重要的意义。

High coagulation state of blood exists in peritoneal dialysis patients ,which is even more severe than patients treated by hemodialysis and conservative treatment,and the reason is related to endothelial acti-vation,increased platelet count and other factors.Cardiovascular complication is the leading cause of death among peritoneal dialysis patients,while the high coagulation state of blood can lead to cardiovascular dis-ease,therefore clarifying the cause and mechanisms of the high coagulation state of blood has great signifi-cance for controlling cardiovascular complications in peritoneal dialysis patients .
