为了弥补挤奶机定期检测的不足，通过分析对比国内外现有的挤奶机真空脉动系统检测技术与特点，笔者研究了一种挤奶机真空脉动系统实时监测装置，实现了对挤奶机真空管路和脉动系统的实时监测、数据实时存储和挤奶机异常报警等功能，保证了挤奶机的正常运转。
為瞭瀰補擠奶機定期檢測的不足，通過分析對比國內外現有的擠奶機真空脈動繫統檢測技術與特點，筆者研究瞭一種擠奶機真空脈動繫統實時鑑測裝置，實現瞭對擠奶機真空管路和脈動繫統的實時鑑測、數據實時存儲和擠奶機異常報警等功能，保證瞭擠奶機的正常運轉。

To compensate for the lack of regular testing of milking machines, the existing vacuum milking machine pulsation system detection technology and features at home and abroad were analyzed and compared, a vacuum milking machine pulsation system real-time detection device was studied, the function for the vacuum milking machine real-time monitoring of road and pulsation systems, real-time data storage and milking machines abnormal alarm and other functions were realized to ensure the normal operation of milking machines.
