阿尔茨海默病（ AD）是引起老年人痴呆的主要原因，目前尚无有效的治疗方法，其发病机制仍未完全阐明。一般认为基因突变、激素水平、环境影响、年龄等多个方面的因素均可导致 AD的发生。目前研究发现多条信号转导通路参与了 AD 的发病机制。各通路之间可相互影响，加速 AD的病程。新信号转导通路的发现不仅加深了AD发病过程的认识，还使发现新的 AD治疗靶点成为可能。

Alzheimer disease(AD)is the primary cause of dementia in the elderly worldwide.There is no effective treatment for AD,and its pathogenesis is still not fully elucidated.Gene mutations,hormone level, environmental impact, age, and many other factors are believed to cause the occurrence of AD.Through years′study many signal transduction pathways have been found to participate in the pathogenesis of AD . Interactions between various pathways can accelerate the course of AD.The discovery of new signal transduc-tion pathways has not only deepened the understanding of the process of AD,but also revealed new therapeu-tic targets of AD.
