血栓性疾病是目前人类死亡的最主要原因之一，由于其发病机制尚未明确，以致病死率居高不下。蛋白质组学技术可以高通量地对比健康、疾病及给药后蛋白质表达谱的变化，有效地进行疾病标志物及药物靶点的筛选和鉴定。随着蛋白质组学研究方法的建立和发展，蛋白质组学技术在动脉血栓、静脉血栓疾病的诊断、治疗等方面发挥越来越重要的作用。该文就血栓性疾病蛋白质组学技术的研究进展予以综述。

Thrombotic disease is one of the main causes of human death in the world .It has high mortality due to the limitation of the understanding of the pathogenesis.Proteomic techniques can realize high-through-put contrast of the protein expression spectrum between the healthy,ill and postmedication state.It can screen and identify the markers of thrombotic disease efficiently .Along with the establishment and development of proteomics research methods,proteomic techniques are playing an increasingly important role in the diagnosis of arterial thrombosis,venous thrombosis,mechanism and drug treatment.Here is to make a review of the application of proteomic techniques in the research of thrombotic disease .
