以生为本是国家科学发展观的要求，是一种适应大学管理发展趋势的科学理念，以生为本的高校学生管理工作已经成为21世纪的必然趋势。当前高校学生管理工作还没有完全按照以生为本理念的要求进行，主要表现为高校学生管理工作没有确立学生的主体地位、管理制度缺乏人本关怀以及工作方法缺乏创新。

Student-orientation is the requirement of the national outlook on scientific development, as well as a scientific idea meeting the development trend of college management, so stu-dent-oriented college student management has become an in-evitable trend of the 21st century. But the current college student management is not implemented completely in accordance with the student-oriented idea, which mainly manifested in the fol-lowing aspects:students' subjective position is not established in college student management; the management system lacks hu-manistic care, and the working methods lack innovations.
