针对传统接地体材料易腐蚀的缺点和全球能源互联网的发展要求,研制开发一种以改性石墨为主要原材料的新型复合接地体材料。通过对石墨材质的改性和内部伺服不锈合金体,提高接地体的导电性能、结构致密性、力学性能及抗拉、抗压强度和耐折性能。测试结果和实际工程应用表明,改性石墨复合接地体适用于变电站和输电线路杆塔接地网。
針對傳統接地體材料易腐蝕的缺點和全毬能源互聯網的髮展要求,研製開髮一種以改性石墨為主要原材料的新型複閤接地體材料。通過對石墨材質的改性和內部伺服不鏽閤金體,提高接地體的導電性能、結構緻密性、力學性能及抗拉、抗壓彊度和耐摺性能。測試結果和實際工程應用錶明,改性石墨複閤接地體適用于變電站和輸電線路桿塔接地網。

A new composite grounding body material based on modified graphite is developed according to the shortcoming of traditional grounding body materials which are prone to corrosion and the delvlopment requirement of global energy internet. The conductivity, dense structure, mechanical properties, tensile strength, compressive strength and folding quality of the grounding body is improved by modified graphite material and servo stainless alloy body inside. Test results and practical engineering application show that the modified graphite composite grounding body is suitable for substations and transmission line tower grounding grid.
