高职教育要以内涵促发展，在办学过程中突出自身特色。高职学院办学突出特色的基本方法：一是要定位准确，二是要通过提升内涵突出学院核心竞争力。本文以特色办学的基本内容和组成元素作为切入点，深入地分析职业教育如何培养出高素质劳动者和技术技能人才，以及高职教育特色办学的内涵本质和对社会的深远意义。

In order to develop, higher vocational education should focus on quality development, and highlight its unique and ad-vantageous features. The basic methods to highlight the features in the school-running of higher vocational colleges are correct orientation and the highlighting of core competitiveness through improving the quality. Starting from the basic content and com-ponents of featured school-running, this paper further analyzes the current situation of vocational education and how to cultivate high-quality workers and technical talents, and it also discusses the core of featured school-running in higher vocational educa-tion as well as its profound significance for the society.
