目的：观察张良英教授“以通为用”方法治疗痛经临床效果。方法：采用周期疗法治疗痛经，即经期注重止痛以治其标，自拟痛经方行气活血，通经止痛；经后根据病情，辨证分4型治本，因于滞者，行而通之，因于虚者，补而通之。结果：治愈112例，好转84例，无效30例，总有效率86.7%。结论：痛经属瘀阻冲任，不通则痛，经期用痛经方止痛效果明显；经后审因治本，分型治疗，疗效显著。

목적：관찰장량영교수“이통위용”방법치료통경림상효과。방법：채용주기요법치료통경，즉경기주중지통이치기표，자의통경방행기활혈，통경지통；경후근거병정，변증분4형치본，인우체자，행이통지，인우허자，보이통지。결과：치유112례，호전84례，무효30례，총유효솔86.7%。결론：통경속어조충임，불통칙통，경기용통경방지통효과명현；경후심인치본，분형치료，료효현저。
Objective:To observe the effect of “take pass as use" method created by professor Zhang Liangying on the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods:Using the cycle therapy in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,that is pay attention to relieving pain in the menstrual period to treat the symptoms,using self made method of Xingqi Huoxue and Tongjing Zhitong.Then the patients were divided into 4 types according to the state of an illness,if due to the lag,the line and pass,however,if due to the deficiency, supplement and through.Results:112 cases were cured,84 cases were improved,and 30 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency was 86.7%.Conclusion:Dysmenorrhea caused by blood sedimentation,then lead to pain,this tradational method for dysmenorrhea has obviously pain relieving effect;then find out the causes of dysmenorrhea after the menstrual period,given different treatment accoring types,and received remarkable curative effect.
