磁场热处理能够明显改变非晶/纳米晶软磁材料的磁性能。分别从矫顽力、磁导率、饱和磁致伸缩系数及铁损等方面总结纵向磁场处理、横向磁场处理和旋转磁场处理对非晶纳米晶材料软磁性能的影响。通过对比分析,为非晶纳米晶软磁材料选择合适的处理工艺提供参考依据。横磁处理可降低铁损,作为制备高效非晶纳米晶变压器铁心处理工艺,有望促进全球能源互联网建设,推动经济和社会可持续发展。

The magnetic field-annealing can significantly change the magnetic properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials. The influences of longitudinal, transverse and rotating magnetic field annealing on the soft magnetic properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline are introduced from coercivity, permeability, saturation magnetostriction coefficient, iron loss and other aspects, respectively. By analyzing the characteristics of the three magnetic field-annealing treatments, reference for amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials to select appropriate treatment process is provided. As an efficient processing technology for preparation of high performance amorphous and nanocrystalline transformer core, transverse magnetic treatment, which can reduce the core loss, can contribute to global energy internet construction and promote the sustainable development of economic and social.
