目的：探讨经导管左心室减容术的效果及护理配合要点。方法采用回顾性分析方法，收集3例行左心室减容术患者的临床症状、超声检查和实验室检查等指标，并重点对护理配合要点进行归纳和总结。结果3例患者的临床指标得到改善，充分的围术期手术配合是患者成功置入左心室减容装置的关键。结论护理人员做好术前准备，强化术中病情观察及并发症的抢救配合，重视术后观察和复查，是手术成功和患者康复的重要保障。
目的：探討經導管左心室減容術的效果及護理配閤要點。方法採用迴顧性分析方法，收集3例行左心室減容術患者的臨床癥狀、超聲檢查和實驗室檢查等指標，併重點對護理配閤要點進行歸納和總結。結果3例患者的臨床指標得到改善，充分的圍術期手術配閤是患者成功置入左心室減容裝置的關鍵。結論護理人員做好術前準備，彊化術中病情觀察及併髮癥的搶救配閤，重視術後觀察和複查，是手術成功和患者康複的重要保障。
목적：탐토경도관좌심실감용술적효과급호리배합요점。방법채용회고성분석방법，수집3례행좌심실감용술환자적림상증상、초성검사화실험실검사등지표，병중점대호리배합요점진행귀납화총결。결과3례환자적림상지표득도개선，충분적위술기수술배합시환자성공치입좌심실감용장치적관건。결론호리인원주호술전준비，강화술중병정관찰급병발증적창구배합，중시술후관찰화복사，시수술성공화환자강복적중요보장。
Objective To explore the result and nursing cooperation of the percutaneous catheter left ventricular restoration surgery .Methods Retrospective analysis method was used to collect patients′data , including clinical symptoms ,ultrasound and lab test indicators ,and nursing cooperation were emphasize summarize and generalize .Results Three cases of patients′clinical indicators were improved , and fully prepared of perioperative nursing cooperation are the key points during the percutaneous catheter left ventricular restoration surgery .Conclusion Nurse staff fully should prepare for preoperative , emphasize on disease observation and complications′emergency cooperation , pay attention to the postoperative observation and recovery , which can guarantee the surgery successfully and patients′rehabilitation .
