目的：总结阜外心血管病医院首次尝试25例重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者经导管置入国产主动脉瓣装置的术后护理方法。方法回顾性分析2012年3月至2013年12月25例主动脉瓣重度狭窄的患者经导管主动脉瓣置换术后的临床护理经验。结果25例患者经过精心护理，均康复出院。结论通过在术后对患者神经系统、循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等方面的精心护理，适当的营养支持以及感染和相关并发症的预防，有效地减少了并发症的发生，患者顺利康复。
목적：총결부외심혈관병의원수차상시25례중도주동맥판협착환자경도관치입국산주동맥판장치적술후호리방법。방법회고성분석2012년3월지2013년12월25례주동맥판중도협착적환자경도관주동맥판치환술후적림상호리경험。결과25례환자경과정심호리，균강복출원。결론통과재술후대환자신경계통、순배계통、호흡계통、소화계통등방면적정심호리，괄당적영양지지이급감염화상관병발증적예방，유효지감소료병발증적발생，환자순리강복。
Objective To summarize the postoperative nursing experience during transfemoral domestic aortic valve implantation in 25 patients with single serious aortic stenosis at Fuwai Hospital . Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 25 patients with single serious aortic stenosis during transfemoral domestic aortic valve implantation from March 2012 to December 2013 .Results Every patient had a good recovery after operation by aborative nursing .Conclusion It′s beneficial to the patients′postoperative recovery by improving nutritional support and preventing infection .Signs and symptoms in nervous , circulatory , respiratory and alimentary system occupy an significant position in postoperative nursing .
