描述了箔材(厚度≤0.5 mm)、薄板(厚度0.5~6 mm)和中板(厚度≥6 mm)的超声爬波检测技术。同时,采用手动接触法超声爬波检测技术,给出了厚度为0.2 mm 钛合金箔材和厚度为16 mm 钼合金中板的超声爬波实际检测结果和相关数据,还给出了厚度为0.5 mm 纯钛薄板和厚度为20 mm 钛合金中板的一些超声爬波检测试验结果和相关数据。结果表明,箔材、薄板和中板的超声爬波检测技术是可行和有效的。
描述瞭箔材(厚度≤0.5 mm)、薄闆(厚度0.5~6 mm)和中闆(厚度≥6 mm)的超聲爬波檢測技術。同時,採用手動接觸法超聲爬波檢測技術,給齣瞭厚度為0.2 mm 鈦閤金箔材和厚度為16 mm 鉬閤金中闆的超聲爬波實際檢測結果和相關數據,還給齣瞭厚度為0.5 mm 純鈦薄闆和厚度為20 mm 鈦閤金中闆的一些超聲爬波檢測試驗結果和相關數據。結果錶明,箔材、薄闆和中闆的超聲爬波檢測技術是可行和有效的。

Ultrasonic creeping wave testing technique of foils (thickness≤0.5 mm),sheets(thickness 0.5 ~6 mm) and plates (thickness ≥ 6 mm)is described in this paper.At the same time,ultrasonic creeping wave testing practical examination results and relevant data for TC4 Ti alloy foils with thickness 0.2 mm and Mo alloy plates with thickness 16mm have also given by manual contact method ultrasonic creeping wave testing technique.Besides, ultrasonic creeping wave experimental testing results and relevant data etc for TA2 Ti sheets with thickness 0.5 mm and TC4 Ti alloy plates with thickness 20 mm have also been given by manual contact method ultrasonic creeping wave testing technique.Practical examination results and relevant data etc demonstrated that the ultrasonic creeping wave testing technique for foil,sheet and plate was correct and efficient.
