针对目前外场飞机蜂窝夹层结构脱粘检测可靠性差、定量不准确等问题,采用激光错位散斑检测技术,对蜂窝夹层结构脱粘缺陷进行试验,分析了加载时间对检测结果的影响,实现了精确定量,并应用该技术对飞机机翼等蜂窝夹层结构进行了外场原位检测,证明该方法检测效率高,检测结果准确,适合于外场蜂窝结构脱粘缺陷的原位检测。
針對目前外場飛機蜂窩夾層結構脫粘檢測可靠性差、定量不準確等問題,採用激光錯位散斑檢測技術,對蜂窩夾層結構脫粘缺陷進行試驗,分析瞭加載時間對檢測結果的影響,實現瞭精確定量,併應用該技術對飛機機翼等蜂窩夾層結構進行瞭外場原位檢測,證明該方法檢測效率高,檢測結果準確,適閤于外場蜂窩結構脫粘缺陷的原位檢測。

In view of the inspecting of debond defects of the airplane honeycomb structures,most conventional testing methods were subject to low testing reliability and difficulties in quantifying the defect in the outfield.Laser shearography technology was therefore applied to solve the problem.The influence of loading time on test results was analyzed,and the accurate quantitative results were obtained.It proves that the testing method is proper,the detection efficiency is high,and the testing results are accurate.The technology of laser shearography is therefore suitable for in situ testing of airplane honeycomb structures.
