为了提高锻件的近表面缺陷的超声检测精度,采用三种类型的探头对不同试块的近表面缺陷进行超声检测对比试验。试验结果表明,在兼顾检测灵敏度和检测盲区的情况下,高频窄脉冲延迟块探头能成功检测出距平面表面1 mm 的φ0.8 mm 的平底孔,达到了满意的检测效果,可为此类缺陷的工程检测提高参考。
為瞭提高鍛件的近錶麵缺陷的超聲檢測精度,採用三種類型的探頭對不同試塊的近錶麵缺陷進行超聲檢測對比試驗。試驗結果錶明,在兼顧檢測靈敏度和檢測盲區的情況下,高頻窄脈遲延遲塊探頭能成功檢測齣距平麵錶麵1 mm 的φ0.8 mm 的平底孔,達到瞭滿意的檢測效果,可為此類缺陷的工程檢測提高參攷。

A contrast experiment on ultrasonic testing of near surface defects for important forgings was conducted by using three types of probes.The experimental results show that the high-frequency and narrow-pulse delay probe can successfully detectφ0.8 mm flat bottom hole of 1 mm beneath the flat surface.The testing effect is satisfactory.
