基于磁记忆检测技术进行压力容器预制缺陷应力集中检测,依据预制缺陷位置磁记忆检测信号特点确定压力容器上未熔合、未焊透、局部减薄三种缺陷的磁记忆信号特点,并利用 X 射线检测结果验证磁记忆定性分析三种缺陷类型的有效性;对压力容器进行水压试验,试验后焊缝残余应力得到释放,焊缝及缺陷位置磁记忆检测信号有所减弱,但通过分析水压试验后压力容器缺陷位置的磁记忆检测信号,可判断部分焊缝缺陷位置出现宏观裂纹扩展缺陷,并利用打磨焊缝方法进行验证。
基于磁記憶檢測技術進行壓力容器預製缺陷應力集中檢測,依據預製缺陷位置磁記憶檢測信號特點確定壓力容器上未鎔閤、未銲透、跼部減薄三種缺陷的磁記憶信號特點,併利用 X 射線檢測結果驗證磁記憶定性分析三種缺陷類型的有效性;對壓力容器進行水壓試驗,試驗後銲縫殘餘應力得到釋放,銲縫及缺陷位置磁記憶檢測信號有所減弱,但通過分析水壓試驗後壓力容器缺陷位置的磁記憶檢測信號,可判斷部分銲縫缺陷位置齣現宏觀裂紋擴展缺陷,併利用打磨銲縫方法進行驗證。

Three types of weld defects of slag inclusion,the lacking of penetration and local thinning were defined by the MMM characteristics which were obtained by the magnetic memory testing of pressure vessels on the locations of prefabricated defects,and were verified by X ray examination,showing the effectiveness of MMM qualitative analysis on three types of defects.After hydrostatic test of pressure vessels,residual stress is released that is to cause magnetic memory testing signal to be weakened.Through analysis of these signals one can however find the macro expansion cracks appearing in some weld defects,which can be verified by polishing the welds.
