目的：探讨跨理论模型和动机性访谈对长期血糖控制不良2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取100例长期血糖控制不良2型糖尿病患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预。观察组采用跨理论模型和动机性访谈。比较两组血糖水平、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果干预后观察组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后血糖（PBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）均显著降低，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。两组治疗依从性比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。观察组生活质量评分显著降低，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论跨理论模型和动机性访谈可有效控制2型糖尿病患者血糖水平，提高治疗依从性和生活质量。
목적：탐토과이론모형화동궤성방담대장기혈당공제불량2형당뇨병환자치료의종성급생활질량적영향。방법선취100례장기혈당공제불량2형당뇨병환자，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，각50례。대조조채용상규호리간예。관찰조채용과이론모형화동궤성방담。비교량조혈당수평、치료의종성급생활질량。결과간예후관찰조공복혈당（FBG）、찬후혈당（PBG）、당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）균현저강저，여대조조비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。량조치료의종성비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。관찰조생활질량평분현저강저，여대조조비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론과이론모형화동궤성방담가유효공제2형당뇨병환자혈당수평，제고치료의종성화생활질량。
Objective To evaluate the effect of transtheoretical model and motivational interviewing on treatment compli‐ance and quality of life in type 2 diabetes patients with poor control of blood glucose .Methods 100 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with poor control of blood glucose were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50) .Common nursing for patients in control group while transtheoretical model and motivational interviewing for pa‐tients in observation group .Then compared the blood glucose level ,treatment compliance and quality of life between the two groups .Results After intervention ,the fasting blood-glucose(FBG) ,postprandial blood glucose(PBG) and haemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)of observation group significantly decreased .The differences compared with the control group were statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .The treatment compliance of observation group and control group respectively were 80 .0% (40/50) and 62 .0% (31/50) ,the difference showed statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The diabetes specific quality of life(DSQL) score in observation group significantly decreased ,compared with the control group differences statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The transtheoretical model and motivational interviewing can effectively control blood sugar levels in pa‐tients with type 2 diabetes ,improve treatment compliance and quality of life .It is worthy of clinical promotion .
