Maternal factors%0 to six months infants%Pure breastfeeding
目的：探讨影响6个月内婴儿纯母乳喂养母亲的因素。方法：选择300名分娩的母亲，进行调查分析。结果：300名母亲中，进行0～6个月纯母乳喂养54人(18%)；混合喂养216人(72%)；人工喂养30人(10%)。对不同年龄段母亲之间纯母乳喂养成功率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。汉族和哈萨克族对纯母乳喂养成功率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。剖宫产的母亲纯母乳喂养率低于自然分娩的母亲。结论：应针对0～6个月婴儿纯母乳喂养中母亲的因素，大力宣传纯母乳喂养的好处，提高纯母乳喂养率，促进母子健康。

Objective:To explore the maternal factors of affecting pure breastfeeding on 0 to six months infants.Methods:300 mothers were selected,and we made a survey and analysis.Results:In 300 mothers,breastfeeding 54 people(18% ) were pure breastfeeding for 0 to six months infants;216 people(72%) were mixed feeding;30 people(10%) were artificial feeding.The success rate of pure breastfeeding for different ages of mother had no statistical difference (P>0.05). The success rate of pure breastfeeding between han and hazakh had statistical difference (P<0.05). The success rate of pure breastfeeding of cesarean was lower than that of natural delivery.Conclusion:For the maternal factors of affecting pure breastfeeding on 0 to six months infants, we should vigorously promote the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding,to improve the breastfeeding rate,and promote the health of mother and child.
