目的：观察果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将80例中重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组：40例，给予果酸和盐酸米诺环素联合治疗；对照组：40例，给予单纯盐酸米诺环素口服治疗。果酸治疗间隔时间为2周，5次为1个疗程；盐酸米诺环素口服100mg,1次/d，共口服治疗20d。治疗后1月、3月、6月进行随访，记录疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗后1月、3月、6月治疗组有效率依次为60%、85%、90%，对照组有效率依次为37.5%、49.5%、57.5%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。患者瘢痕及色素沉着的有效率及患者皮肤自我评价的改善情况均高于对照组。结论：果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮效果良好，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰과산연합염산미낙배소치료중중도좌창적림상료효。방법：장80례중중도좌창환자수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조：40례，급여과산화염산미낙배소연합치료；대조조：40례，급여단순염산미낙배소구복치료。과산치료간격시간위2주，5차위1개료정；염산미낙배소구복100mg,1차/d，공구복치료20d。치료후1월、3월、6월진행수방，기록료효화불량반응。결과：치료후1월、3월、6월치료조유효솔의차위60%、85%、90%，대조조유효솔의차위37.5%、49.5%、57.5%，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05)。환자반흔급색소침착적유효솔급환자피부자아평개적개선정황균고우대조조。결론：과산연합염산미낙배소치료중중도좌창효과량호，불량반응소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of glycolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride to treat moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods 80 cases of moderate to severe facial acne vulgaris patients were randomly divided into two groups:40 cases in the experimental group (glycolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride) and 40 cases in the control group (oral minocycline hydrochloride only).The regimen of glycolic acid treatment is five times in two weeks intervals.Minocycline hydrochloride is oral 100mg,qd for twenty days.Three independent investigators evaluated subject outcomes and side-effects at 1, 3 and 6 months post-treatment. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 60%,85%,90%,respectively,at 1,3 and 6 months post-treatment.Meanwhile,the control group was 37.5%,49.5%,57.5%, respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups.The patient's self- evaluation of acne scar and hyperpigmentation in the experimental group is higher than the control group. Conclusion The combination treatment of acne vulgaris with glycolic acid is benefit for moderate to severe acne vulgaris.The side-effects is less and worth to apply in clinics.
