目的：评价迈格磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪治疗老年人牙周病的疗效。方法：收治老年慢性牙周炎患者62例，随机分为两组。试验组采用磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪(PR-ZHl)超声龈下洁治器，对照组采用常规超声龈下洁治器。使用视觉模拟评分法VAS进行治疗疼痛度评价，比较治疗6个月后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周附着丧失(AL)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)。结果：治疗后，两组SBI、AL、PD和PLI均较术前明显改善(P＜0.05)。试验组主观感受疼痛VAS值小于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：两种超声治疗仪治疗老年人牙周病均有较好的疗效，磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪能明显减轻患者在治疗过程中的疼痛感，患者舒适性好，易于接受。
목적：평개매격자치신축아과종합치료의치료노년인아주병적료효。방법：수치노년만성아주염환자62례，수궤분위량조。시험조채용자치신축아과종합치료의(PR-ZHl)초성간하길치기，대조조채용상규초성간하길치기。사용시각모의평분법VAS진행치료동통도평개，비교치료6개월후간구출혈지수(SBI)、아주부착상실(AL)、아주탐진심도(PD)、균반지수(PLI)。결과：치료후，량조SBI、AL、PD화PLI균교술전명현개선(P＜0.05)。시험조주관감수동통VAS치소우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：량충초성치료의치료노년인아주병균유교호적료효，자치신축아과종합치료의능명현감경환자재치료과정중적동통감，환자서괄성호，역우접수。
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Meg magnetostrictive comprehensive dental therapeutic instrument in the treatment of the elderly with periodontal disease.Method:62 cases of elderly patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used the ultrasonic subgingival scaler of magnetostrictive comprehensive dental therapeutic instrument,the control group used conventional ultrasonic subgingival scaler.Visual analogue scale were used to evaluate the pain degree,the sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal attachment loss(AL),periodontal depth(PD),plaque index(PLI) of the two groups were compared after the treatment for 6 months.Results:After treatment,the SBI,AL,PD and PLI of the two groups improved significantly than the pre-operation(P<0.05).The subjective feeling pain VAS of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two kinds of ultrasonic therapeutic instrument treating the elderly periodontal disease had good curative effect.The magnetostrictive dental comprehensive therapeutic instrument can relieve the pain of patients in the process of treatment obviously,and the patients had good comfort,which was easy to accept.
