目的：观察银杏叶片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗眩晕症的临床治疗效果。方法：收治眩晕症患者186例，随机分成两组。治疗组选用银杏叶片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，对照组单用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率97.65%，明显高于对照组的88.33%(P＜0.05)。结论：银杏叶片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗眩晕症疗效显著，安全方便。

목적：관찰은행협편연합염산불계리진효낭치료현훈증적림상치료효과。방법：수치현훈증환자186례，수궤분성량조。치료조선용은행협편연합염산불계리진효낭치료，대조조단용염산불계리진효낭치료，비교량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔97.65%，명현고우대조조적88.33%(P＜0.05)。결론：은행협편연합염산불계리진효낭치료현훈증료효현저，안전방편。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of folium ginkgo joint flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vertigo. Methods:186 cases of patients with vertigo were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given folium ginkgo joint flunarizine hydrochloride.The control group were given flunarizine hydrochloride.The clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.65%,which was significantly higher than 88.33% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Folium ginkgo joint flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vertigo had distinct curative effect,which was safe and convenient.
