目的::探索军队临床药师带教师资培训的教学模式与方法。方法:结合卫生部临床药师师资培训的方案及要求,探索具有军队特色的师资培训模式、方案,总结创新点及体会。结果:军队临床药师师资培训与地方有所不同,应突出军事化管理与全方位教学等特点,由总后卫生部负责统筹安排,多中心、多科室协作,临床药学中心具体实施,以提高临床药学技能为目的,以全新的PBL教学为模式,实施了全程军事化管理,制订适合于军队师资培养的带教方案与内容。结论:9周的全面师资培训实践证明该教学模式行之有效,并取得了初步成效,获得了学员的一致好评,为今后的临床药师工作的发展打好基础,同时探讨临床药师培训的新思路、新方法。

목적::탐색군대림상약사대교사자배훈적교학모식여방법。방법:결합위생부림상약사사자배훈적방안급요구,탐색구유군대특색적사자배훈모식、방안,총결창신점급체회。결과:군대림상약사사자배훈여지방유소불동,응돌출군사화관리여전방위교학등특점,유총후위생부부책통주안배,다중심、다과실협작,림상약학중심구체실시,이제고림상약학기능위목적,이전신적PBL교학위모식,실시료전정군사화관리,제정괄합우군대사자배양적대교방안여내용。결론:9주적전면사자배훈실천증명해교학모식행지유효,병취득료초보성효,획득료학원적일치호평,위금후적림상약사공작적발전타호기출,동시탐토림상약사배훈적신사로、신방법。
Objective:To explore the teaching mode and method of teacher training for clinical pharmacists in troops. Methods:Combined with the scheme and requirements of teacher training for clinical pharmacists issued by the Ministry of Health, the training mode and scheme with military characteristics were explored, and the points of innovation and experience were summarized. Results:The teacher training for clinical pharmacists in troops was different from that in the local, which should highlight the characteristics of military management and a full range of teaching. The health department of general logistics was responsible for the overall arrange-ment, multi-center and multi-department cooperated closely, and clinical pharmacy center implemented the project. With the improve-ment of clinical teaching skills as the purpose and the new PBL as the teaching mode, the entire military management was carried out, and the teaching plan and content suitable for the teacher training in troops were drawn up. Conclusion:According to the results of the 9-week comprehensive teacher training practice, it is proved that the scheme is effective and has achieved initial results, which lay good foundation for the future development of clinical pharmacist work and explore the new ideas and methods for the clinical pharmacist training. However, the project still needs further improvement.
