目的：观察补肾抗骨质增生丸配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：80例随机分为两组各40例，对照组给予透明质酸钠经关节腔注射，观察组给予补肾抗骨质增生丸内服配合中药熏洗。结果：总有效率观察组92.5%、对照组75.0%。复发率观察组2.5%、对照组20.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组用药期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论：补肾抗骨质增生丸与中药熏洗联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果确切，安全性高，治后不易复发。
목적：관찰보신항골질증생환배합중약훈세치료슬관절골성관절염적림상료효。방법：80례수궤분위량조각40례，대조조급여투명질산납경관절강주사，관찰조급여보신항골질증생환내복배합중약훈세。결과：총유효솔관찰조92.5%、대조조75.0%。복발솔관찰조2.5%、대조조20.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조용약기간균미출현명현불량반응。결론：보신항골질증생환여중약훈세연합치료슬관절골성관절염효과학절，안전성고，치후불역복발。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Replenishing Kidney for Anti-osteoarthritis Pills combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method:80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases of each. The control group were given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate while the observation group were given Replenishing Kidney for Anti-osteoarthritis Pills combined with herbal fumigation. The therapeutic condition and relapse rate of the two groups were observed. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5% while that of the control group was 75.0%. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.5% while that of the control group was 20.0%. There was statistical significance between two groups (P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups. Conclusion:In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,Replenishing Kidney for Anti-osteoarthritis Pills combined with herbal fumigation has exact effect,high safety and less recurrence after treatment.
