目的：探讨膝关节置换术前、术后使用氨甲环酸的临床效果。方法：收治行全膝关节置换手术患者60例，随机分成试验组与对照组，各30例。试验组给予氨甲环酸，比较两组的临床效果。结果：试验组术后失血量与隐性失血量以及输血量均明显少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：膝关节置换术前、术后使用氨甲环酸可以显著减少患者的失血量与输血量。

목적：탐토슬관절치환술전、술후사용안갑배산적림상효과。방법：수치행전슬관절치환수술환자60례，수궤분성시험조여대조조，각30례。시험조급여안갑배산，비교량조적림상효과。결과：시험조술후실혈량여은성실혈량이급수혈량균명현소우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：슬관절치환술전、술후사용안갑배산가이현저감소환자적실혈량여수혈량。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tranexamic acid applied before and after the total knee arthroplasty.Methods:60 cases of patients with total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group were given tranexamic acid.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results:The postoperative blood loss and hidden blood loss and blood transfusion volume of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tranexamic acid applied before and after the total knee arthroplasty could reduce the blood loss and blood transfusion volume significantly.
