目的：探讨邻指皮瓣对小儿指端缺损的治疗效果。方法：收治指端缺损患儿52例，分为试验组和对照组，各26例，试验组采用邻指皮瓣手术治疗，对照组采取保守治疗，比较治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗有效率96.2%，高于对照组的73.1%；术后对照组患儿父母对患儿手指弯曲、手指功能、表面结构的满意率明显低于试验组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用邻指皮瓣治疗小儿指端缺损效果显著。

목적：탐토린지피판대소인지단결손적치료효과。방법：수치지단결손환인52례，분위시험조화대조조，각26례，시험조채용린지피판수술치료，대조조채취보수치료，비교치료효과。결과：시험조치료유효솔96.2%，고우대조조적73.1%；술후대조조환인부모대환인수지만곡、수지공능、표면결구적만의솔명현저우시험조(P＜0.05)。결론：채용린지피판치료소인지단결손효과현저。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of cross finger flap in children with finger tip defect.Methods:52 patients with finger tip defect were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 26 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by cross finger flap operation,while the control group was given conservative treatment. We compared the treatment effect.Results:The treatment effective rate in experimental group(96.2%) was higher than that in the control group(73.1% );after operation,in the control group,the parents satisfaction rate for children with crooked fingers,finger function,surface structure was significantly lower than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of cross finger flap in children with finger tip defect was significant.
