Mixed hemorrhoids%Milligan morgan hemorrhoidectomy%Retaining dentate line operation
目的：观察对比外剥内扎保留齿状线术与单纯外剥内扎疗法治疗混合痔的临床疗效及术后并发症情况。方法：收治混合痔患者186例，随机分为治疗组88例和对照组98例。治疗组采用外剥内扎保留齿状线术，对照组采用单纯外剥内扎术，术前、术后处理相同。结果：两组治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但治疗组术后肛门狭窄和感觉性失禁发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：外剥内扎保留齿状线术治疗混合痔效果好，治愈时间缩短，能有效减少术后并发症。

목적：관찰대비외박내찰보류치상선술여단순외박내찰요법치료혼합치적림상료효급술후병발증정황。방법：수치혼합치환자186례，수궤분위치료조88례화대조조98례。치료조채용외박내찰보류치상선술，대조조채용단순외박내찰술，술전、술후처리상동。결과：량조치료총유효솔차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，단치료조술후항문협착화감각성실금발생솔저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：외박내찰보류치상선술치료혼합치효과호，치유시간축단，능유효감소술후병발증。
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical curative effect between milligan morgan retained dentate line operation and simple milligan morgan therapy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,and its complications after operation.Methods:186 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were selected,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group with 88 cases and the control group with 98 cases.Patients in the treatment group were taken milligan morgan retained dentate line operation,while the control group were given simple milligan morgan hemorrhoidectomy,and the treatment before and after the operation were same in the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of treatment in the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05),but the incidences of anal stenosis and sensory incontinence in the treatment group both were lower than in the control group after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Milligan morgan retaining dentate line operation has good effect on the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,the cure time is shortened,and it can reduce the postoperative complications effectively.
