防爆柴油机水冷式排气管是其排气装置的重要组成部分,是高温废气在排气系统各部件间流动时温度达标的重要保证。文章利用STAR-CCM+软件对两种水冷式排气管进行了网格划分和物理模型设定,通过数值模拟分析,结果表明:新结构的水冷式排气管温度分布均匀,没有出现过热区域,并且换热性能更好。

The explosion-proof water -cooled diesel engine exhaust pipe is an important part of the exhaust system and an important guarantee for high temperature exhaust gas achieving the temperature standards when it flows in each component between the exhaust system .This paper uses the STAR -CCM+software to mesh and set physical model for two kinds of water -cooled exhaust pipe ,through the analysis of numerical simulation ,the results show that the new structure of the water -cooled ex‐haust pipe temperature is uniform distribution ,no overheating areas ,and the heat transfer performance is better .
