为了解决大功率加固计算机的散热问题,小型液冷系统逐渐在加固计算机上使用。当小型液冷系统的重要部件热交换器从计算机壳体中取出后,热交换器内部的液体随着外部温度上升而产生热膨胀,热膨胀造成热交换器内部压力升高。当压力升高到一定数值后,就有可能造成热交换器的损伤。文中对热膨胀相关的液体体积弹性模量的概念进行介绍,给出了热交换器的力学模型,分析了不同温度下热交换器应力分布情况。

In order to solve the high power dissipating of ruggedized computer ,small liquid-cooled system begins to be used on the ruggedized computer gradually. When the heat exchanger of small liquid-cooled system is extracted from the rack,thermal expandsion of the coolant in the small liquid-cooled system happens with the rise of outside temperature , which brings the pressure in the heat exchanger increase. When the pressure increases to one value, the heat exchanger may be damaged. The concept of volume elastic modulus of liquid closely related with thermal expandsion is introduced in this paper,then mechanics model of heat exchanger is given,and finally the stress of heat exchanger in different temperature is analyzed.
