以三门核电厂卧式汽水分离再热器(简称MSR)为例,运用ABAQUS有限元软件,对其在静止工况和灌水工况两种情况下的应力和变形进行分析。结果显示,三门核电厂汽水分离再热器内部支撑结构对管束的支撑良好,应力和变形都很小,在可控范围内,可以作为其他汽水分离再热器设计的参考。
以三門覈電廠臥式汽水分離再熱器(簡稱MSR)為例,運用ABAQUS有限元軟件,對其在靜止工況和灌水工況兩種情況下的應力和變形進行分析。結果顯示,三門覈電廠汽水分離再熱器內部支撐結構對管束的支撐良好,應力和變形都很小,在可控範圍內,可以作為其他汽水分離再熱器設計的參攷。

Taking the horizontal moisture separator reheater (MSR) of SANMEN Nuclear Power Plant as an example , ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the the stress and deformation under the static condition and irrigation conditions. The results prove that SANMEN Nuclear Power Plant MSR internal support structure of tube bundle is excellent, the stress and deformation are tiny and within a controllable range. The analysis provides reference for the other MSR design.
