在减速器中,轴承端盖属于常用零件,样式和种类繁多,应用广泛,因此需要规范化其设计过程。文中使用Visual Lisp语言对螺钉连接外装式轴承端盖实现了参数化绘图,缩短了轴承端盖的设计和研发周期,为轴承端盖的规范化设计与应用奠定了基础。

In reducer, bearing cover which belongs to the common parts has styles and variety ,wide application. So it is necessary to standardize the design process. In this thesis ,the screw connected externally mounted bearing end cover is used to realize parametric drawing based on Visual Lisp. This design method can shorten greatly design and research period, and lay a foundation for the standardization design and application for the bearing end cover.
