基于有限元程序研究了裂纹方向、尺寸和深度对蒸汽发生器U形传热管振动特性的影响,以及内压和不同裂纹与内压共同作用下U形管的动态特性。分析结果表明,非穿透裂纹对U形管振动特性的影响可以忽略,环向裂纹长度达到一定值后U形管固有频率会降低;内压使得无裂纹U形管固有频率升高,且裂纹的存在不会改变内压对U形管动态特性的影响模式。

This paper investigates the dynamic characteristics of steam generator U-tubes with crack in operating nuclear power plants. To get the effects of crack on the natural frequency ,finite element computer code are performed for the U-tubes either with or without internal pressure. The results reveal that the effects of crack on the dynamic characteristics of U-tube are negligible until it becomes through-wall crack. The natural frequencies of U-tube will descends with the increase of the length of crack in the circumferential direction. In addition ,the natural frequencies of U-tube will ascend with the increase of internal pressure ,and the crack does not affect the effect of internal pressure on the dynamic characteristics of U-tubes.
