根据气瓶振动试验故障,建立气瓶的三维有限元模型,通过有限元软件对气瓶进行动态分析,得到气瓶的动态特性。设计了几种气瓶支座形式,分析支座对气瓶动态性能的影响,根据分析结果选择较理想的气瓶支座结构,并通过了试验验证。
根據氣瓶振動試驗故障,建立氣瓶的三維有限元模型,通過有限元軟件對氣瓶進行動態分析,得到氣瓶的動態特性。設計瞭幾種氣瓶支座形式,分析支座對氣瓶動態性能的影響,根據分析結果選擇較理想的氣瓶支座結構,併通過瞭試驗驗證。

To solve the cylinder vibration test failure ,3D finite element model of gas cylinder is established in this paper , the dynamic modal analysis are carried out by FEM software ,and the characteristic of the gas cylinder is obtained. By comparing the gas cylinder bearing of several different rib structures presented ,the best structure is selected based on the analysis results. This method offers theoretical base for the structural improvement of gas cylinder.
