目的：探讨老年充血性心力衰竭的临床特征及治疗方法。方法：收治老年充血性心力衰竭患者80例，随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行传统治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上进行对症治疗。结果：对照组治疗有效率75%，观察组92.5%。结论：治疗老年充血性心力衰竭患者的过程中要观察患者的临床特征，在传统方法基础上进行针对治疗以提升治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and treatment of senile congestive heart failure.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with congestive heart failure patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and he control group.The control group were given the traditional treatment,while the observation group were given the control group on the basis of the treatment for symptomatic treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 75%,and that of the observation group was 92.5%.Conclusion:In the process of the treatment of elderly patients with congestive heart failure,we must to observe the clinical characteristics of the patients,in order to improve the therapeutic effect on the basis of traditional treatments methods.
