目的::研究红毛悬钩子根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析法对湖北产蔷薇科悬钩子属红毛悬钩子( Rubus pin-faensis)干燥根醇提物进行分离,经IR、1 H-NMR和EI-MS等波谱进行结构分析。结果:鉴定出5种化合物,分别为齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,I)、3-keto,16α-hydroxy,24-noroleanolic acid(II )、3′-甲氧基杨梅黄酮(III)、尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(2′-deoxyuridine, IV)和对羟基苯乙酸( p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid ,V)。结论:化合物I、II、III、IV、V均为首次从红毛悬钩子根中分离得到。
目的::研究紅毛懸鉤子根的化學成分。方法:採用硅膠柱層析法對湖北產薔薇科懸鉤子屬紅毛懸鉤子( Rubus pin-faensis)榦燥根醇提物進行分離,經IR、1 H-NMR和EI-MS等波譜進行結構分析。結果:鑒定齣5種化閤物,分彆為齊墩果痠(oleanolic acid,I)、3-keto,16α-hydroxy,24-noroleanolic acid(II )、3′-甲氧基楊梅黃酮(III)、尿嘧啶脫氧覈苷(2′-deoxyuridine, IV)和對羥基苯乙痠( p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid ,V)。結論:化閤物I、II、III、IV、V均為首次從紅毛懸鉤子根中分離得到。
목적::연구홍모현구자근적화학성분。방법:채용규효주층석법대호북산장미과현구자속홍모현구자( Rubus pin-faensis)간조근순제물진행분리,경IR、1 H-NMR화EI-MS등파보진행결구분석。결과:감정출5충화합물,분별위제돈과산(oleanolic acid,I)、3-keto,16α-hydroxy,24-noroleanolic acid(II )、3′-갑양기양매황동(III)、뇨밀정탈양핵감(2′-deoxyuridine, IV)화대간기분을산( p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid ,V)。결론:화합물I、II、III、IV、V균위수차종홍모현구자근중분리득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the dry roots of Rubus pinfaensis. Methods:The compounds were sep-arated from the alcohol extract of the roots of Rubus pinfaensis by silica gel column chromatography, and identified by IR, 1 H-NMR and EI-MS methods. Results:Five compounds were isolated and identified as oleanolic acid (Ⅰ) , 3-keto, 16α-hydroxy, 24-noroleanolic acid (Ⅱ) , 3′-methoxy myricetin (Ⅲ) , 2′-deoxyuridine (Ⅳ) and p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid (Ⅴ) . Conclusion: Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ are isolated from Rubus pinfaensis for the first time.
