目的：探讨肺结核合并乙肝患者使用拉米夫定联合抗结核治疗的临床疗效及对药物性肝损伤的影响。方法：收治肺结核合并慢性乙肝患者82例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各41例，观察组给予拉米夫定联合抗结核治疗，对照组给予抗结核治疗，对两组患者的肝功能及血清检测结果分析。结果：观察组肝功能及血清检验指标显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率17.07%，明显低于对照组的48.78%(P＜0.05)。结论：肺结核合并乙肝患者采取拉米夫定联合抗结核治疗，可有效减少肝损伤，减少不良反应。

목적：탐토폐결핵합병을간환자사용랍미부정연합항결핵치료적림상료효급대약물성간손상적영향。방법：수치폐결핵합병만성을간환자82례，수궤분위대조조급관찰조，각41례，관찰조급여랍미부정연합항결핵치료，대조조급여항결핵치료，대량조환자적간공능급혈청검측결과분석。결과：관찰조간공능급혈청검험지표현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조불량반응발생솔17.07%，명현저우대조조적48.78%(P＜0.05)。결론：폐결핵합병을간환자채취랍미부정연합항결핵치료，가유효감소간손상，감소불량반응。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and drug-induced liver injury influence of using lamivudine combined with antituberculosis treatment in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hepatitis B.Methods:82 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each.The observation group was given lamivudine combined with antituberculosis treatment.The control group was given antituberculosis treatment.The liver function and serum test results of patients in two groups were analyzed.Results:The liver function and serum test indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction incidence rate(17.07% ) of the observation group was lower than 48.78% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Using lamivudine combined with antituberculosis treatment in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hepatitis B can effectively reduce liver damage and reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction.
