目的：探讨低分子肝素钙治疗冠脉综合征临床疗效。方法：收治急性冠状动脉综合征患者98例，分为试验组和对照组，对低分子肝素钙的疗效进行临床观察。结果：试验组显效率、有效率均高于对照组，且差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：低分子肝素钙治疗冠状动脉综合征疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of coronary artery syndrome.Methods:98 patients with acute coronary syndromes were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group,then we observed the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin.Results:Both the significant efficiency and the effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin has curative effect in the treatment of coronary artery syndrome.
