Taohong Siwu Decoction%Water Extraction Process%Orthogonal Test%Total Flavonoids%Extract
目的：优选桃红四物汤的醇提工艺。方法：以总黄酮含量和浸膏得率为考察指标，以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素，采用正交试验优选桃红四物汤的最佳醇提工艺。结果：桃红四物汤的最佳醇提工艺为加6倍量80％乙醇提取三次，每次1．5h。结论：优选出的桃红四物汤的醇提工艺合理、稳定，可为其工业化生产提供参考。
目的：優選桃紅四物湯的醇提工藝。方法：以總黃酮含量和浸膏得率為攷察指標，以乙醇濃度、乙醇用量、提取時間、提取次數為攷察因素，採用正交試驗優選桃紅四物湯的最佳醇提工藝。結果：桃紅四物湯的最佳醇提工藝為加6倍量80％乙醇提取三次，每次1．5h。結論：優選齣的桃紅四物湯的醇提工藝閤理、穩定，可為其工業化生產提供參攷。
목적：우선도홍사물탕적순제공예。방법：이총황동함량화침고득솔위고찰지표，이을순농도、을순용량、제취시간、제취차수위고찰인소，채용정교시험우선도홍사물탕적최가순제공예。결과：도홍사물탕적최가순제공예위가6배량80％을순제취삼차，매차1．5h。결론：우선출적도홍사물탕적순제공예합리、은정，가위기공업화생산제공삼고。
Objective:To optimize the ethanol extraction technology for Taohong Siwu Decoction.Methods:With yield of total flavonoids and extract as indexes, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the ethanol extraction technology by taking the concentration of ethanol, the amount of solvent, extraction time and extraction times as indexes.Results:The optimal process of the ethanol extraction technology was as follows:add 3times with 6 times amount of 80%ethanol, and 1.5h for each time.Conclusion:The optimized ethanol extraction technology was reasonable and feasible, which can be provided as the reference for the industrialized production.
